DOT 24-Hour Rule
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the departure is at least 7 days (168 hours) away.
Standard Policy After 24 Hours
All fares are non-refundable after the initial 24-hour period. However, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure are eligible for an 80% credit toward future travel.
Operational Cancellations
If Ladybird Jet cancels a flight for operational reasons, you may elect to receive a full refund or rebook on a future flight without penalty.
No-Shows
No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of departure are not eligible for credit or refund.
Credit Terms
Credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date and are non-transferable.
Liability
Ladybird Jet is not liable for weather delays, ATC holds, or other factors beyond our operational control. We recommend travel insurance for additional protection.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must present valid ID, arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, and comply with baggage and security requirements.

Definition of Service
Ladybird Jet operates as a charter broker in accordance with 14 CFR Part 295 and is not a direct or indirect air carrier. All air transportation arranged by Ladybird Jet is conducted by properly licensed and certified U.S. air carriers authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Ladybird Jet does not own, lease, or operate aircraft. The air carriers contracted through Ladybird Jet exercise full operational control of all flights. For each charter arranged, Ladybird Jet acts either as an agent for the charterer (client) or as an agent for the air carrier, as disclosed at the time of booking.
Ladybird Jet ensures that all disclosures required by 14 CFR Part 295 are provided to the charterer prior to flight operation. The safety and operational oversight of the flight remains solely the responsibility of the certified air carrier operating the flight.
