Ladybird Jet is a scheduled air charter service connecting Dallas, Fredericksburg, and soon Houston, via semi-private Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.

Our semi-private flights depart every Thursday and Sunday between Fredericksburg (T82) and Dallas (KADS).

Expanding soon to include semi-private scheduled flights to/from Houston (KIWS), Midland, TX and Horseshoe Bay, TX.

Mike has led teams of professional pilots, managed aircraft scheduling for national and international fleets, and maintains active relationships with regulators, FBOs, and maintenance crews. He ensures every Ladybird Jet flight is operated with precision, compliance, and care.

Devon brings her signature blend of elegance, efficiency, and heart to the aviation industry. She envisioned Ladybird Jet as a bridge between the charm of Texas Hill Country and the ease of elite travel. Devon is a proud mother, business mentor, and passionate advocate for women in leadership. Her favorite escape? Exotic destinations, spa & culinary experiences.
