FLIGHT DAY
Please arrive at the FBO at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all passengers.
All passengers must confirm their attendance 24 hours before departure. If we haven’t heard from you, our concierge team will reach out to confirm. Unconfirmed passengers may not be guaranteed their seat.
Ladybird Jet operates on a 15-minute departure window. If a passenger has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time, the aircraft will depart as scheduled to respect the time of all passengers on board.
LUGGAGE
Each passenger may bring one personal carry-on bag, not to exceed 25 lbs. Due to the nature of private aviation and aircraft weight limitations, all luggage must comply with this policy.
Golf clubs and oversized sporting equipment are welcome with prior notice and approval. Please notify our concierge team at least 48 hours before your flight so we can coordinate with the crew.
PETS
Pets are permitted on board with prior notice and approval. Please contact our concierge team at least 48 hours before departure to arrange accommodations. All pets must be properly secured during flight.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the commitments made on your behalf:
• 72+ hours before departure — Full flight credit
• 72 to 120 hours before departure — 25% flight credit
• Less than 72 hours before departure — No refund, no credit
• No-show — No refund, no credit

Cancellations communicated through any other method (personal phone calls, text to individual team members, etc.) may not be processed in time and will be subject to the standard policy.
MEMBERSHIP
All Ladybird Jet memberships operate on an annual commitment basis with auto-renewal. To cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date.
The exception is Freedom Circle Hill Country Flyer memberships, which may be paid on a monthly basis.
Membership freezes are available for Elite and Professional Flyer tiers (once per year, up to one month). Hill Country Flyer memberships do not include a freeze option.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Elite Executive members enjoy complimentary ground transportation coordination as part of their White-Glove concierge service. Our team will arrange pickup and drop-off to ensure a seamless door-to-door experience.
Professional Flyer members may request ground transportation coordination through their concierge on a per-trip basis.
HOLIDAY & PEAK TRAVEL
Priority boarding and seat access during holidays and peak travel periods is granted based on membership tier. Blackout dates and capacity limits may apply. We recommend booking early for holiday weekends and special events.
